The Ultimate AW25 High Street Homeware Guide: Get It Before It Sells Out!
Dunelm AW25
There are so many good furniture and homeware pieces available to buy on the UK high street right now, with an even bigger drop of design-led designs forthcoming for autumn/winter 2025. From colourful gloss tables by Dunelm to statement lamps from M&S, you’ll want to know about these key items before they sell out!

AW25 by Marks & Spencer
Marks & Spencer has not had a good 2025 so far, what with the cybercrime incident taking their online shopping option offline for months. However, that hasn’t stopped them from launching a host of Soho Home-inspired pieces for the new season, including brick red chairs, wavy wood mirrors, chrome-accented furniture and patterned lamps (all coming soon).

Dunelm Delights
This week, I headed to the huge Dunelm showcase where they display all the new bits they have forthcoming for autumn/winter and Christmas. For me, Dunelm just keep getting better and better at offering designer-looking interior pieces for a budget-friendly price. The quality of the items has also increased dramatically, with 100% cotton bedsheets and thick woven fabrics on the furniture.

My top picks included a cherry red round dining table, tonal red dining chairs, marble console and side tables, as well as a couple of stylish, slimline desk options.
Statement Pink Bed From DFS
If you wanted a heritage-style statement headboard, you used to have to DIY one yourself (if you had the tools and the skills), or part with quite a lot of cash for an upholstered, bespoke one.
After a flurry of popular Instagram accounts featured exceptionally large headboards, DFS spotted the gap in the market and their new Thornton Red Stripe bed frame - a collaboration with Joules - features a tall silhouette headboard in a pink ticking stripe for a boutique hotel look.

Pressed Floral Print Furniture From Laura Ashley
The bedroom chair, ottoman and stool collection upholstered in Laura Ashley’s Wild Meadow print fabric is one of my favourite new ranges on the high street. Featuring frilly detailing, the pressed flower print is both delicate and desirable.

Pink Lamps, Wavy Lampshades and Mustard Sideboards by Heal’s
Heal’s own-brand lighting is one of my go-tos when sourcing designer-look lamps for a lower price than the high-end pieces they stock alongside their own collections. For AW25, I’ve fallen in love with this tall and shapely bubblegum pink ceramic lamp. Made in the UK, this lamp has a retro appeal. If pink isn’t your colour, there’s a variation of this lamp in other shapes and colours coming soon.
Carrying on with the retro theme, Heal’s is also launching a new range of sideboards and shelving featuring glossy surface areas in both mustard and forest green. The walnut-wood cabinet fronts keep it looking sophisticated and stylish, while the slim legs and shelf frames stop it from feeling bulky.
